Yes! The classes are mainly aimed at very beginners in Portuguese, and they may already know a little or nothing.
Your son/daughter can take as many classes as you want, as long as we can find compatible schedules.

Classes take place, preferably, via Skype.
In addition to Portuguese I can communicate in English, French and Spanish. But, of those three I speak best is English. If you are a beginner student the class will probably be taught in English. But it will depend on the student.
